Caregiver retreat at Kripalu Center for Yoga &  Health

Join longtime Kripalu Yoga teacher, Anandamai Charlyn Reihman, and experienced Kripalu teacher, Cindy Yaple, for a deeply nourishing program that invites you to take some time for renewal and restoration. Return home with a customized plan to bring more self-care into your life. This program is for all types of caregivers including health care providers, mental health practitioners, teachers, parents, and caregivers of aging parents.
