A Valentine’s Day Restorative Yoga Workshop
This Valentine’s Day, you are invited to turn your attention inward and love the one you’re with — yourself.
In a culture that often directs love outward, this nourishing workshop offers a chance to slow down, soften, and come home to your own heart. Through restorative yoga, gentle self-massage, the supportive use of essential oils, and a deeply settling Yoga Nidra, you’ll be guided into a state of rest where the nervous system can unwind and the heart can feel held.
This practice is not about effort or performance but about receiving, receiving support, rest, and kindness. With the body fully supported and the breath gently encouraged, you’ll be invited to listen inward, cultivating compassion and a sense of belonging within yourself.
