Class Description:

Soothing and relaxing Gentle Kripalu Yoga classes online via the Zoom app. Free for first responders, currently unemployed, a military member or military family. Donation based classes, offer whatever you can, even if only your presence.  Donations can be made via PayPal (cindyyapleyoga@gmail.com)

Yoga Nidra: Every Monday through March

Grab your comfiest clothes, warm blankets, family members and snuggly pets and be guided in this practice that systematically takes you through all levels of your being to bring you back to your inner light. Experience the deep rest your body, mind and heart have been craving as you are cocooned in stillness, where there is nothing required of you but to get comfortable, cozy and listen.

NEW in person classes! You must pre-register for all in person classes, spaces are limited due to COVID.

Body, mind and breath synchronize to create a beautiful symphony of movement in this slow flow class that is suited for all levels of practice. Thoughtful pauses are interspersed, to

focus on optimal alignment and safety for your body, while helping you to explore your edge, gain strength and flexibility. Class ends with a deeply nourishing relaxation to revitalize body, mind and heart. A perfect way to unwind at the end of the day!
